Configuring automated campaign reporting

Adventive's automated reporting allows the user to setup a specific schedule for the delivery of up-to-date reports to any number of email recipients.

Only one report may be scheduled per campaign.  Updates made to the schedule will override previous report settings and will be reflected in the next scheduled run.

Reports are run based on the Time Zone set on your account.

How to configure a new or edit an existing automated report

To configure an automated report follow the below steps:

  1. Locate the campaign which you would like to report on in the Campaign Manager
  2. Click the Edit icon to edit the campaign settings
  3. Click the more icon at the campaign level (very top right)
  4. Click Configure Reporting
  5. Select the report frequency, delivery day and time period.
  6. Enter a comma separated list of email addresses to have the report delivered to
  7. Click Submit

How delete an automated report

To delete an existing automated report follow the steps below:

    1. Locate the campaign which you would like to report on in the Campaign Manager
    2. Click the Edit icon to edit the campaign settings
    3. Click the more icon at the campaign level (very top right)
    4. Click Configure Reporting
    5. Click Delete Schedule and confirm you wish to delete
