Adventive's automated reporting allows the user to setup a specific schedule for the delivery of up-to-date reports to any number of email recipients.
To configure an automated report follow the below steps:
- Navigate to the campaign which you would like to report on in the Campaign Manager.
- Click the Campaign Actions Menu icon (three vertical dots
), located in the upper right corner of the campaign:
- Select Configure Reporting from the dropdown menu:
- A window will appear for you to configure the report, select the report frequency, delivery day and time period. You can also enter a comma separated list of email addresses to have the report delivered to:
- Click Submit.
* Note - Only one report may be scheduled per campaign. Updates made to the schedule will override previous report settings and will be reflected in the next scheduled run.
Reports are run based on the Time Zone set on your account.
How Delete an Automated Report
To delete an existing automated report follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the campaign which you would like to delete the automated reporting from.
- Click the Campaign Actions Menu icon (three vertical dots ), located in the upper right corner of the campaign:
- Select Configure Reporting from the dropdown menu:
- The Report Scheduler window will appear.
- Click Delete Schedule:
