How we invoices clients
At the end of each billing cycle, Adventive generates and delivers an invoice to your designated administrative and billing contacts listed in your billing profile. Your invoice may include:
- Prepaid flat-fee charges for upcoming services (e.g., monthly subscriptions, add-ons, or fixed retainers)
- Usage-based billing for services delivered during the previous month (for example, impressions served are billed at the CPM rate associated with your service plan)
What are the payment terms?
Unless otherwise stated on your invoice or in your contract, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date (NET 30) and is subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions.
Past-due balances may incur a 1.5 % monthly finance charge on any unpaid amount after the due date.
How to remit payment to Adventive
Pay Online
Every Adventive invoice includes a PAY ONLINE button that opens a secure Stripe checkout page, where you can pay instantly via ACH or credit card. Payments post automatically to your account, and you can securely store your payment details for even faster future payments.
Electronic Funds Transfer | ACH or Wire Transfer
For both domestic and international payments, please submit a support request to Adventive Support to receive payment remittance instructions and bank details.

How to request a copy of Adventive's Form W-9
A link to Adventive's current Form W-9 can be found as a link in any of your monthly billing emails. You can also receive a copy of the current Form W-9 by submitting a request to Adventive Support for assistance.
